What You Can Do

There is no opportunity for members of the public to have formal input into the project right at this moment, though there will be community consultation activities once the SEARs is issued.

However, there are things you can do right now:

Spread the word to your friends and neighbours and attend meetings organised by community groups (keep an eye out for notices of these).

Join the Blue Mountains Conservation Society or subscribe to our campaign database.

You'll receive regular information and updates on the Society campaign to oppose this development, and its many other activities.

Keep an eye on the Bodington Hill Wildlife Resort Action Group website and social media including facebook. This is a group of local residents fighting against the development.

State Significant Development - Blue Mountains Wildlife Park .

Access the project documents at the link above, familiarise yourself with the proposal and sign up for notifications from the Department of Planning.
